I have been working with Marcy for several months and my practice has become more regular and productive during this time. She has broad knowledge and deep experience of the UM system and is highly skilled at suggesting appropriate techniques for me to work on. In addition, she is a delightful person and very easy to talk with!

When I finished my training, I realized that it would be super important for me to have a clear perspective on my strengths and weaknesses both as a practitioner and coach – so I hired Marcy. She has continuously provided me with honest, clear reflection and feedback that has been invaluable to me in my personal and professional development. In fact she has been a great role model in the development of my own coaching style.

Marcy is the rare find in a meditation coach: years of serious practice combined with an expert level skill set in kindness, information gathering, analysis, communication. Not only can she coach you to your meditation goals, she has the wisdom, borne of her own experience, to see you through the obstacles in your own mind. The gifts of her support and clarity are invaluable. Hiring Marcy as my Coach is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

With Marcy, I can honestly share about how my practice feels and where I’m getting stuck. She helps me see the ways I’m stuck with self-compassion, which breathes fresh air into it. Marcy is a guide who’s farther along the path than I am, and I feel more confident about my practice knowing that she has my back.

I love how encouraging and positive Marcy is. I love the group discussions and I loved how relaxed and refreshed I feel at the end of each class.

One of the most impactful parts of the class was seeing and hearing how you (the teacher) responded to the participants’ questions and reports. The responses shone light on subtle nuances of truth and revealed insights made possible only through the depth of your own practice.

I loved Marcy’s ability to communicate verbally, and non-verbally best. I liked how she introduced each topic clearly, concise, and with enthusiasm. I found her very attentive to each student and able to connect with all of us. I was impressed by her ability to listen deeply and respond kindly to each person. I felt her capability to give each person the undivided attention and space to allow them to be unconditionally who they are.

Marcy was a really great help for me. I was really struggling with my practice and she helped me to find clarity around the problems I had and also gave me really strong solutions that I continue to follow up. Her instructions are clear and her guidance is friendly and compassionate. I would recommend her to anyone!

After my first session with you, I felt the difference your approach and this style of mindfulness could make on my life. My kids and husband have noticed a difference too. I’m less reactive, I’m better able to handle circumstances that would have otherwise upset me, I’m calmer when responding to my kids’ needs… little-by-little, session-by-session, I could see a difference in myself and my ability to tap into the feelings I had when listening to you in class. I’ve even been able to help my kids tap into that feeling a little too.
